From 24 November 2011 to 4 March 2012 held at the Palazzo Reale in Milan, the exhibition The Trans-Italian by Achille Bonito Oliva with the protagonists of the movement: Enzo Cucchi, Francesco Clemente, Sandro Chia, Nicola De Maria and Mimmo Paladino.
Mimmo Paladino 1948 – Born in Paduli (Benevento) on December. 1968 He graduated from the Art School of Benevento. Held an exhibition presented by Achille Bonito Oliva, the Gallery of Portici (Naples). 1977 He moved to Milan. 1978 – 1980 asked by Achille Bonito Oliva to Open section 80 of the Venice Biennale with Sandro Chia, Francesco Clemente, Enzo Cucchi
and Nicola De Maria. His works are present in the most authoritative collections and museums in the world.
2006 – sets out a new edition of Don Quixote and realized an artist’s book with poems by Giuseppe Conte, inspired by the famous “knight errant” (Editalia). The film, at the invitation of director Marco Muller, will be presented in September, with great success at the Venice Film Festival.
